Back Orders
While we maintain deep inventory levels, items shown in stock at the time you place your order may become allocated by orders taken previous to yours. In the event that we cannot fill your order in its entirety we will contact you to see if similar items or brands that are currently available are acceptable to your liking, and/or notify you of an expected arrival date of the items that were not available.
Special Orders
If we do not stock an item that you need, we are happy to check prices and availability of the item you desire through our many suppliers. Contact us at sales@carampsonline.com. Special orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable and may require pre-payment.
