Change / Cancel Order
Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part #'s, shipping methods, or address. Please contact us immediately at sales@carampsonline.com to check the status of your order and request the following options:
Void Order: If your order has not been invoiced, you may instruct us to void the order so that you can submit a new, revised order. Please allow 3-7 days for the original credit card authorization to drop off.
Refuse Shipment: If your order has shipped, you can refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment arrives to our facility. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is deducted from refund. The following UPS Package Interception services are available (but not guaranteed) for orders in "Shipped" status. UPS charges $12 (per box) Interception Fee.:
  • Redirect – Change ship-to address. UPS will permit redirects for a fee when instructed by Parts Express
  • Reschedule delivery date
  • Will Call – Hold package at UPS hub for customer pick-up at no cost
  • Return to sender
Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us in new, pristine condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever you prefer.
Please read our return policy and have an RA# before returning products. Restocking fees (up to 30%) or denied returns may apply when conditions are not met.
